Indemnification:
To the extent allowable under applicable law, the Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Seller and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assignees harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, suits, actions, demands, proceedings, expenses, and/or liabilities (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred and/or those necessary to successfully establish the right to indemnification) filed or incurred by any third party against the Buyer arising out of a breach of any warranty, representation, or obligation hereunder.
No Expectation of Profit:
Purchasers of any coins or tokens associated with this project acknowledge and agree that they are not making an investment with the expectation of profit. The coins are intended solely for use within the fictional narrative framework of USAX, and any perceived value is based solely on the community's interest and engagement with the fictional storyline.
